Download Guide & FAQs

Your tools are designed to be downloaded, opened, and used at your own pace.

How do I get my files?

After an eligible order is paid and processed, Shopify Digital Products provides access to the attached download. Check your order confirmation and download email, including your spam folder. If you cannot find access, contact us with your order number.

How do I open a Field Edition?

Download the ZIP file to your computer.
Extract the ZIP into a folder.
Read START-HERE.md.
Open the PDF for printing or the HTML file in your browser.
Open the companion file in an app that supports its format.

What is included?

The Byline Advantage, AI Editorial Control Kit, and The Claim Audit each include a printable PDF, an offline HTML workbook, a start guide, a cover image, and a companion file. The individual product page describes that companion file.

Do I need an account or subscription to use the workbook?

The downloaded HTML workbooks run locally in a web browser and do not require a separate workbook account. The AI Editorial Control Kit includes prompts you may use in an AI service of your choice; any account or charges for that service are separate.

Where are my answers saved?

The HTML workbook saves answers in the browser on the device you use. Answers do not automatically sync between devices. Browser cleanup, private browsing, or moving files can affect local data, so export a JSON backup regularly and keep it somewhere safe. Import that backup when you need to restore your work.

Can I use these on a phone or tablet?

You can read the PDFs on a compatible device. A desktop or laptop browser is the recommended workspace for extracting files, completing the HTML workbook, and managing backups. Mobile file handling varies by device.

Will these tools verify facts for me?

No. The research and editorial workbooks help you organize the process. You must inspect sources, verify quotations and factual claims, and make your own editorial decisions.
