About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from KCB Digital at digitalshop.karsonbailey.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Products and orders

Our product pages describe the files, templates, or other digital materials included with each item. Please review the description, format, compatibility notes, and price before ordering. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. An order is complete when payment is accepted and the order is processed. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and handle any payment collected in accordance with applicable law.

Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically; no physical item is shipped unless a product page expressly says otherwise. For an eligible paid and processed order, access to an attached download is provided through Shopify Digital Products. Check your order confirmation, download email, and spam folder. If access is missing or a file is unusable, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. See the Download Guide & FAQs for supported formats and setup help.

Using your purchase

Your purchase gives you access to use the materials as described on the product page and in any license included with the product. Unless that license expressly permits it, do not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the files or templates. Third-party software or services mentioned in a product may require a separate account or fee; check the product description before purchase. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any work you produce with a template, workflow, or AI prompt.

Refunds and support

We review digital-product refund requests case by case under our Return and Refund Policy. Contact freelance@karsonbailey.com for order, access, product, or policy questions. Please include your order number and do not send payment card details or passwords.

Website use and privacy

Use the store lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page; the terms applicable to an order are those presented when that order was placed, except where law requires otherwise.
