Digital delivery

KCB Digital products are digital materials. No physical item is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise, and no shipping charge applies to a digital download.

After an eligible order is paid and processed, Shopify Digital Products provides access to any file attached to the purchased product. Check your order confirmation and download email, including your spam folder. Access depends on successful payment processing and the product’s attached file; we do not promise an exact delivery time.

If your download link is missing, expired, or not working, email freelance@karsonbailey.com with your order number and product name. We will investigate the order and help with access. See the Download Guide & FAQs for opening files and troubleshooting.

If an order includes any item that is not a digital download, the delivery terms shown on that product page and at checkout apply to that item.
