CodePulse™ — Autonomous Code Review & Refactoring Engine for OpenAI Codex

CodePulse™ is a local diff auditing toolkit for Codex and Git workflows. It scans changed lines for configured CWE security patterns and refactoring candidates, produces JSON or Markdown reports with file and line references, and includes a Codex review skill, commit hook, and GitHub Actions template.

Requirements: Python 3 and Git. Codex plugin use requires a compatible Codex client and your own authentication. Pattern matches require developer review. Local CLI operation does not make network requests.
